Management System

This document establishes the basic framework and policies of a Sustainability Management System (SMS) that can be adapted and developed to cover all management processes of our hotel. It is prepared for hotel management and staff. Our system is designed to suit the size and scope of our hotel.

The foundation of our management system is risk analysis, covering environment, natural disasters, society, culture, economy, quality, human rights, health, and safety. New topics may be added as needed.

After risks are analyzed, we have a crisis management policy and system that determines actions in case risks materialize. Relevant documents and plans can be provided to guests upon request.

The SMS requires all employees to implement certain policies, set targets, monitor achievement, and continuously improve management processes.

Our hotel commits to fulfilling the Türkiye Sustainable Tourism Program requirements and regularly reviews the system for continuous improvement.
